Ordering Options

Each Lucy Ann piece is made specifically for you, the process takes approximately 15-20 business days to be hand-made and delivered. Every Lucy Ann piece begins with top quality materials and is manufactured in the USA. The fine tuned process is the result of over 25 years experience in creating handcrafted jewelry.

Online Orders

Browse through any section by clicking on a link such as 'silver charms' or 'accessories'. Select an option from the menu to refine your search. When you see an item you like, click on "add to bag" and continue shopping. When you're ready to complete your purchase, review your items in your shopping bag to confirm that all the items and personalization are correct. After you've made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.

Phone Orders

To place a phone order, please call (877) 582-9266 (Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm PST). Please note that phone orders will be processed with the assistance of one of our Customer Service Representatives through our website.

Retail Store Orders

If you would like to see samples in person before making a purchase, please visit one of our Authorized Lucy Ann Retailers. To find a store near you, please check our Store Locator.

Production Time

Each Lucy Ann Item is individually handcrafted and takes approximately 10-15 business days to be made.

Order Confirmation / Shipping Notification
  Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours via email to the email address registered with your account. You can also sign in to My Account to view the details of your submitted and completed orders in My Account.

If you do not receive an order number or order confirmation email, your order may be incomplete. Please check your order history in My Account section. If your order does not appear there, please attempt to place your order again or contact our Customer Service Department at 877-582-9266 for assistance in locating your account or placing your order.

As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you a shipping notification via email to let you know your package is on its way. Please note that a packing slip will be included with your order and contains no pricing information.
Order Changes

As soon as we receive your order, we immediately start the process in creating your personalized order. Each Lucy Ann® piece is individually handcrafted, a process that requires many steps and time to create.

If you need to make a change to an order, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please be aware that it may delay the promised completion date of your original order, as it may require us to create an entirely new piece in order to oblige to your request.

Promotion Code
  Using the code is simple. Just shop as you normally would. You have the option of entering the code in your shopping bag while you are shopping or you can wait until you get to the order review page of checkout. Enter your promotional code in the box provided below your order information. Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "apply" you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order. If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, there will be an error message to let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue to check out.
Special Orders

A special order is an item that is not offered on our website and requires us to work outside the specifications offered on our site. Some requests include:

  • exceeding the maximum lettering on a charm
  • using a character not offered on a specific shape/size charm
  • an additional line of lettering
  • making a charm that has been retired

Requests are always welcome but cannot always be accommodated. Please note that a special order fee will apply to each special order item. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for availability, pricing and assistance in placing your order at 1-877-LUCY-ANN.

Order Packaging
  Each Lucy Ann piece is sealed in a protective plastic bag for your special loved one and placed in a Lucy Ann Giftbox.
Sending items to Lucy Ann

We get a lot of requests from our customers asking if we can attach new charms to there current charm bracelets. If you would like us to attach bracelets or charms in your possession, please download and complete our Send In Form.

Please note that Lucy Ann® will only accept products from Lucy Ann® for attachment. Since we are applying heat and refinishing various parts, we cannot run the risk of ruining family heirlooms or charms that we cannot replace. Products from other manufacturers may be taken to a qualified jeweler. Thank you for your understanding.

After you have complete the Lucy Ann Send In form, enclose it with the merchandise and pack your return in the original package. Send your items to: LUCYANN.COM 20309 Gramercy Place, Suite A Torrance, CA 90501. Please use a TRACKABLE and INSURED shipping method. Lucy Ann® is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once we receive your package, we will contact you through the preferred contact noted above to collect the necessary information to complete your request. If you do not receive a call within 7-10 days please contact us immediately.
