Cancellation Policy
 

Once an order has been successfully submitted, we will begin production right away. Please alert us of your cancellation within one business day. Orders cancelled after this time period will not be refunded the labor and service fees (personalization, soldering and/or refinishing fees). Please do not reply to your order confirmation.If you would like to cancel your order, send in a request by email to [email protected] or call us at (877) 582-9266. Please include or have the following information ready:

  • Order Number
  • Bill to Name
  • E-mail
  • Daytime Telephone
  • Preferred Method of Contact (E-mail or Telephone)
  • Details of your request
Return Policy
  At Lucy Ann®, we are committed to helping our customers. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. We'll try to help you as best as we can in accordance to our return policy, even if the item has been personalized.

Our Return Policy

Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date and must be accompanied with this completed return form or a copy of your order confirmation. We cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items, custom or special orders. Items that are in a like-new and unused condition, will receive a full refund or may be subject to a 15% Processing Fee after evaluation upon receipt. Any labor cost (personalization, soldering and refinishing) or shipping costs associated with each item is non-refundable.

Lucy Ann will replace any items that are incorrect, defective or damaged upon receipt within 30 days of the ship date. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, tarnished or broken from wear; or replace items that have been lost or stolen. Items must be in "like new" condition.

Please keep in mind that:

  • Purchases made through other retailers or online vendors cannot be returned at lucyann.com. Please contact the store directly for their return policy.
  • Credits will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, or can be issued to the new order involved in an exchange of equal or greater amount.
  • It may take up to 2 weeks from the day we receive your package for your account to be credited.
  • It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Any discount applied to your original order will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for original purchase discounts or promotional prices.
  • Any gift with purchase or promotional discount may be deducted from the credit amount due.

How to make an exchange....

For fast processing, download and complete our Return Form. If you have questions, give us a call at (877) 582-9266 (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PST) or send us an e-mail with your order number and contact information.

Place a new order online at LucyAnn.com. During checkout, reference your ORIGINAL order number in the comment section. Be sure to write down your NEW order number information down on your Return Form. In the event of a gift exchange, we can issue credit to your exchange order. Please check the appropriate box so we know your preferences.

Enclose the completed Return Form with your return merchandise. Pack your return in the original package, if possible. Send your return to us at: LUCYANN.COM RETURNS DEPT. 20309 Gramercy Place, Suite A Torrance, CA 90501. For your security, please use a TRACKABLE and INSURED shipping method. Lucy Ann is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

At Lucy Ann®, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? And how do we use it?

When you order an item on the Lucy Ann® website, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

We enjoy hearing from our customers about how our personalized jewelry touched the lives of you, your friends or your family (even the family pet) and we would love to share your comments with our guests visiting the Lucy Ann website. Naturally, we will ask you for your permission to share your note or letter prior to posting your messages on the Lucy Ann® website.

If, at a later time, we offer a contest or other promotional event and you choose to enter that event, we may ask for your name, address, e-mail address and phone number so that we can notify the winner(s) of the contest or promotional event.

In the future, we may personalize your shopping experience. We may use your purchase(s) to custom tailor our recommendations to you to help enhance your shopping experience on Lucy Ann®. The recommendations would concern various Lucy Ann® personalized gifts, watches, charms, or other designer jewelry or gift items which may be found on the Lucy Ann® website that we feel may be of interest to you. Naturally we monitor our customer traffic patterns, buying habits and site usage to assist with the marketing and design of the Lucy Ann® website. That research assists us in designing new and unique products and helps us to better understand our customers.

Occasionally, we may also use the information that we collect to notify you about important Lucy Ann® website changes. Those changes may include new Lucy Ann products, services, special offers or other customer offerings which we feel might benefit you as a valued customer and friend of Lucy Ann®. If you would rather not receive this type of information, just visit our Lucy Ann® Contact page to notify us of your preferences or send an e-mail message to: [email protected]. But don't forget to notify us of any names or e-mail addresses that you may have entered on our Lucy Ann® website so that we can handle your requests in an efficient manner.

When you send one of our unique e-postcard greetings through the Lucy Ann® e-cards section, we ask for both your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the recipient in order to validate and process your e-postcard request. At Lucy Ann® we value your privacy and that of your recipient. We won't disclose or send promotional e-mail to the recipient address which you provide to us on the Lucy Ann® e-postcard section. (Why? Because at Lucy Ann, we think that's just not a nice thing to do).


How does Lucy Ann protect customer information?

If you place an order via the Lucy Ann® website and provide us with any credit card information, that information will be transmitted via a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all of the information that you enter into the order form even before it is sent to us. In addition, all of the customer data that we collect on the Lucy Ann® website is protected against unauthorized access.


How about those cookies?

Cookies (the computer type, not the eating type) are bits of data that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any information which can personally identify you to anyone else, but they do enable us to store items in your shopping cart while continuing to shop within the Lucy Ann® website. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to prevent cookies from being stored by your browser. Even without a cookie, you can still use the majority of the features found on our website, which includes placing items in your shopping cart and placing an order. We may in the future use cookies to help personalize your future visits to our website. We'll keep you updated as we upgrade and improve our website. And remember, we at Lucy Ann® would never intentionally do anything to invade your privacy. We place a very high value on our customers and would like to build a long and trusting relationship with you.


Will we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

Lucy Ann® does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may however, choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by simply sending us an e-mail message to [email protected]. (If you use more than one e-mail address to shop with us, just send us a message listing each e-mail address that you use or have used with us.) Additionally, Lucy Ann® may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to carefully screened and reputable third-party vendors. These statistics will never include any personal identifying information.


Is it safe to use a credit card on our site?

Yes. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers at any time. Your credit card information is immediately sent to the bank in an encrypted format. The only information that we receive regarding the transaction is a harmless authorization number which determines whether or not your request has been approved.


Use of the Lucy Ann website

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of any information by Lucy Ann®. If we make any change to our privacy policy, we'll post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Lucy Ann® is highly committed to protecting your privacy. The information that we collect on the Lucy Ann website is used to make shopping at Lucy Ann® possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience with us. We don't sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

We may however, choose to do so in the future with carefully screened and reputable third parties. Remember, you can tell us not to by simply sending us an e-mail message to [email protected] (don't forget to let us know if you used more than one e-mail address when visiting with us).
